2) LOUIS Baptized 19 June 1766

3) Marie-Reine Baptized 19 April 1768; buried 6 June 1768

4) PIERRE Baptized 11 May 1769

5) JACQUES Baptized 19 February 1774; buried 21 July 1774

NOTE: Ursule Bernier, first wife of Louis-Joseph Vermette, died 20 and was buried 21 May 1774, at Berthier, aged about 29 years.

II. Second Marriage of Louis-Joseph: Elizabeth Drugeot (born 1750, Berthier), 9 January 1775, Berthier

III. Third Marriage of Louis-Joseph: Cecile Mercier, 16 April 1787, Berthier, (“Louis-Joseph Vermet, widower of Ursule Bernier”)

Note: It appears that no children survived from the marriage of Louis-Joseph and Elizabeth Drugeot. Louis-Joseph and his third wife, Cecile Mercier, had a number of children together at Berthier.
